Mental health challenges can show up as changes in sleep, mood, energy, or connection with others. This workshop offers a warm, judgment-free space to recognize those signs in ourselves and the people we care about—and explore where to turn for support.
You’ll leave with:
-
A better understanding of common signs that someone may be struggling.
-
Ways to talk about mental health with less fear and more compassion.
-
Practical steps toward wellness and support.
