Join our community of volunteers and help neurodivergent people thrive.

Volunteers are the backbone of Achieve, Inc. Whether you want to share a professional skill, assist at a social event, or help behind the scenes, your presence sends a powerful message to our interns: your community believes in you.

You don’t need a background in special education to volunteer with us—just an open mind, a kind heart, and a desire to make south-central Colorado a more inclusive place.

Ways to get Involved

Volunteer Drivers

Help participants get to Achieve programs and events by providing reliable transportation. We’re looking for volunteer drivers in Leadville, Buena Vista, and Salida—you can help with trips that fit your location and availability without committing to serve every area.

Social & Recreation Events

Help combat social isolation and build friendships during community outings and recreational activities. Offer encouragement, help everyone feel included, and join in the fun.

Share Your Skill & Support Behind the Scenes

Share your knowledge as a guest presenter at a Level Up workshop or After Hours event, or help behind the scenes with event planning, community outreach, and administrative tasks. Put your experience and talents to work in ways that fit your interests.

Program & Workspace Support

Work alongside our staff at Brew & Bloom Coffee Shop or the Little Engine Eatery. Volunteers in this role help maintain a calm, encouraging environment, assist with daily tasks, and provide a friendly community presence for our Achiever interns as they learn vocational skills.

Board of Directors

Help guide Achieve’s future by sharing your experience, ideas, and community connections. Board members support our mission through organizational oversight, strategic planning, fundraising, and advocacy.
