Brew & Bloom (Year-Round)

Ready to build your skills and work toward a community job? Our internship at Brew & Bloom, a year-round coffee shop, offers hands-on experience with a regular weekly schedule and mentors to guide you. You’ll learn daily workplace routines, build customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, and gain confidence as you take on more responsibility at your own pace.

Little Engine Eatery (Summer Only)

Nervous about your first job? Our short-term summer work experience at Little Engine Eatery is a supportive place to start. Running from mid-May through early August, it can be tailored around your school’s end and start dates. You’ll earn a paycheck, learn workplace routines, and practice customer service and teamwork—with mentors there to help you learn and grow.

No Experience Needed. We Teach You Everything.

No prior experience is necessary to apply—we will teach you everything in a calm, step-by-step manner. Together with your mentors, you will master hands-on customer service by greeting local community members and taking orders, while learning to safely prepare menu items and craft delicious drinks. You will also build financial literacy by navigating modern register systems with confidence, all while developing essential, lifelong workplace routines like punctuality, professional communication, and collaborative teamwork.
