The Little Engine Eatery is more than just a great lunch spot—it is a proud social enterprise of Achieve, Inc.

Operating as a fast-paced summer kitchen, our food trailer serves as a dynamic, living classroom where neurodivergent people step into the workforce. Under the guidance of compassionate mentors, our Achiever Interns master the culinary arts, point-of-sale customer service, and fast-casual team operations.

When you eat at the Little Engine Eatery, you aren't just getting an incredible meal—you are directly supporting job training, breaking down community isolation, and empowering neurodivergent individuals in rural Colorado.
